Before you play

Your entry fee is refundable in full up to the moment you start your exam. Once the first question is shown, the entry is used and the fee is no longer refundable.

If we cancel a contest

Where a contest is cancelled for any reason, including a contest that draws only one player, every entry fee is refunded in full. You are not charged for a contest that did not run.

If something goes wrong

If a technical fault on our side prevented you from completing an exam you had paid for, contact us and we will review it. Where the fault was ours, we refund the entry.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are returned to the payment method used for the entry. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.
